What we collect
When you contact us about a property, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, the property address, your timeline, and any notes you add. If we speak by phone or email, we keep records of those conversations so we can follow through on what we discussed. Our website host also keeps standard server logs.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: responding to your inquiry — assessing the property, preparing and discussing an offer, and, if you accept, completing the transaction. We don't use it to build marketing lists, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to move your sale forward: the lawyers involved in a transaction, purchase partners we may complete a purchase with, and the service providers that run our website and process form submissions on our behalf. We never share your information for anyone else's marketing.
Messages and consent
Submitting the form or calling us is a request for us to contact you about your property, and that's the only reason we'll reach out. If you'd rather we stop, say so in any call or email — or write to us at the address below — and we will.
How long we keep it
For as long as your inquiry or transaction is active, and afterwards only as long as the law requires us to keep transaction records.
