Deposits sit in trust accounts and closings run through counsel. We insist you have your own lawyer review anything before you sign — and a buyer who suggests skipping that step is telling you something.

A direct sale fits some situations and not others. If your house would do better on the open market and you have the time, we'll say so and leave on good terms.
What we are — and aren't
We're principals: we buy properties on our own behalf, sometimes alongside partners, and our agreements allow for that. We are not real estate agents, we don't list houses, and we never charge sellers a fee of any kind. The price on the agreement is the price you get.
